The values that guide us: transparency, innovation, and quality
Our corporate vision to share excellence
The goal of the company O.P. Cosentino has always been to ensure high quality standards through sustainable agriculture.
To achieve this goal, it has been committed over time to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of all its processes through a quality management system that involves strict checks and detailed control plans for the entire supply chain.
The company holds certifications such as GLOBAL GAP and GRASP, protocols that define the requirements necessary for implementing good social practices in agricultural sectors, respecting the cultivation techniques of products, health, and safety of workers throughout the supply chain.
For a long time, O.P. Cosentino has been meeting the standards that also enable it to have BRC FOOD certifications for food product safety and IFS FOOD for evaluating product and process conformity in relation to food safety and quality.
Sustainability is a corporate mission, as we strongly believe that only collective effort can truly change our society for the better,
towards greater balance, justice, and security for the future. This is why the company also holds the SPRING certification, which attests to its commitment to the sustainable management of water resources.
Lastly, O.P. Cosentino is a member of the IGP Arancia Rossa di Sicilia Protection Consortium

We have
the essential requirements
for BIO certification
for sustainable cultivation
The company uses cutting-edge machinery and has three Bio-certified processing lines, which allow the production of various types of packaging (girsack, vertbag, nets).
One of the lines also features the innovative Hypervision system, an advanced lighting solution that, thanks to the use of up to 9 cameras for each line of the optical sorter, can analyze 15 fruits per second, processing up to 2160 images for each fruit analyzed. This is to highlight even the smallest imperfection in order to ensure the highest quality level of the product to the final consumer without the use of post-harvest products.
